TEMPORARY AND EXCEPTIONAL MEASURES IN THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY AND MURCIA REGION
Temporary and exceptional measures in the Valencian Community
As a result of the health crisis situation caused by Covid-19 and under the protection of the declaration of the state of alarm, the Valencian generality adopts new temporary and exceptional measures in the Valencian Community.
How long are the measures?
They are adopted, on a temporary basis, and for a period of seven calendar days,
Where are these measures applied?
In the entire Valencian community
What is restricted?
The entry and exit of people from the territory of the Valencian Community
Are there exceptions to the movement restriction? Yes, they are the following:
a) Assistance to health centers, services and establishments. How is it justified? With proof of appointment for the consultation, medical certificate, medical tests, proof of attendance.
b) Compliance with labor, professional, business, institutional or legal obligations. How is it justified? Certificate from the company proving being a worker of the same, receipt of self-employed.
c) Attendance at university, teaching and educational centers, including nursery schools. How is it justified? Certificate of the educational center
d) Return to the place of habitual or family residence. How is it justified? DNI, registration certificate.
e) Assistance and care for the elderly, minors, dependents, people with disabilities or especially vulnerable people. How is it justified? Copy of DNI of the person being cared for, medical proof.
f) Meeting at banq and insurance branch or refueling stations in neighboring territories. How is it justified? Proof of refueling, insurance receipt, bank receipt.
g) Required or urgent actions before public, judicial or notarial bodies. How is it justified? Proof of summons, requirements, etc.
h) Renewals of permits and official documentation, as well as other administrative procedures that cannot be postponed. How is it justified? Proof of appointment, document to renew.
i) Taking exams or official tests that cannot be postponed.
f) Due to force majeure or situation of necessity. How is it justified? Proof of proof.
k) Any other activity of a similar nature, duly accredited. How is it justified? Proof of other activity, (Bus, train, plane tickets).
IMPORTANT: Circulation within the Valencian community will not be subject to any restriction.
IMPORTANT: The new limitations established in the RESOLUTION of October 29, 2020 that affect the city of Orihuela and its health department
They DO NOT AFFECT the Orihuela Costa area that belongs to the Torrevieja health department.
Limitation of the entry and exit of people in the territorial scope of the Region of Murcia
The entry and exit of people from the territorial scope of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia is restricted until 00:00 on October 9, 2020
What are the exceptions to mobility in the Murcia region?
The same as in the Valencian community indicated above.
Important. In addition, in the Murcia region the entry and exit of people from the municipality in which they have fixed their habitual residence is restricted, without prejudice to the application of the exceptions provided
