Ces situations sont les suivantes:<\/p><ul><li>Le mariage Quinze jours de cong\u00e9.<\/li><li>Naissance d&rsquo;un enfant, d\u00e9c\u00e8s, accident ou maladie grave, hospitalisation ou intervention chirurgicale sans hospitalisation qui n\u00e9cessite un repos \u00e0 domicile pour les proches jusqu&rsquo;au deuxi\u00e8me degr\u00e9 de consanguinit\u00e9 ou d&rsquo;affinit\u00e9. Deux ou quatre jours si le travailleur doit d\u00e9m\u00e9nager.<\/li><li>Transfert de r\u00e9sidence habituelle. Un jour.<br \/>Accomplissement d&rsquo;un devoir inexcusable de nature publique et personnelle, y compris l&rsquo;exercice du suffrage actif. Il peut \u00eatre absent pendant le temps indispensable pour effectuer cette activit\u00e9. Si une certaine p\u00e9riode est \u00e9tablie dans une r\u00e8gle l\u00e9gale ou conventionnelle, elle y aura droit et \u00e0 une compensation financi\u00e8re si elle y est \u00e9tablie. Si, en raison de l&rsquo;accomplissement de ses fonctions, plus de 20% des heures de travail manquent dans un d\u00e9lai de trois mois, il doit \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9 en situation de cong\u00e9. Lorsque le travailleur re\u00e7oit une compensation financi\u00e8re pour l&rsquo;accomplissement de sa mission, celle-ci est d\u00e9duite du salaire auquel il avait droit dans son entreprise.<\/li><li>Exercer des fonctions de repr\u00e9sentation syndicale ou du personnel dans les conditions l\u00e9gales.<\/li><li>Passez aux examens pr\u00e9natals et aux techniques de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l&rsquo;accouchement et, en cas d&rsquo;adoption ou de placement familial, ou \u00e9pargnez \u00e0 des fins d&rsquo;adoption, pour assister aux s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;information obligatoires et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de la pr\u00e9paration des rapports psychologiques et sociaux avant d\u00e9claration d&rsquo;ad\u00e9quation, \u00e0 condition qu&rsquo;elles aient lieu pendant les heures d&rsquo;ouverture. Le permis sera pour la p\u00e9riode essentielle \u00e0 ces activit\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Pour l&rsquo;allaitement de l&rsquo;enfant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de neuf mois, le p\u00e8re ou la m\u00e8re aura le droit de s&rsquo;absenter du travail une heure par jour. Il peut \u00eatre divis\u00e9 en deux tranches d&rsquo;une demi-heure ou cumuler toutes les heures en journ\u00e9es compl\u00e8tes.<\/li><li>Lorsque l&rsquo;enfant doit rester hospitalis\u00e9 apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;accouchement, la m\u00e8re ou le p\u00e8re aura le droit de s&rsquo;absenter une heure du travail. Ils peuvent \u00e9galement choisir d&rsquo;opter pour une r\u00e9duction des heures de travail pouvant aller jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 deux heures, mais dans ce cas avec la r\u00e9duction de salaire correspondante.<\/li><li>Formation professionnelle pour l&#8217;emploi. Vingt heures par an \u00e0 condition que le travailleur ait au moins un an.<\/li><li>Rechercher un nouvel emploi apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;avis de licenciement objectif. Six heures par semaine en cas de temps plein ou trois en cas de temps partiel.<\/li><\/ul><p>D&rsquo;autres situations et d\u00e9lais diff\u00e9rents sont envisag\u00e9s dans les diff\u00e9rentes conventions collectives. Par cons\u00e9quent, ce qui est indiqu\u00e9 dans la convention collective correspondante doit \u00eatre revu en premier.<\/p><p>Il est important de ne pas avoir de probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 avertir l&rsquo;entreprise et justifier la situation qui donne droit \u00e0 des cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s.
