Et nous disons qu&rsquo;ils parlent, parce qu&rsquo;au moment de la publication de cet article, <strong>la loi n&rsquo;est pas encore approuv\u00e9e<\/strong> \u00e0 la date de publication de cet article (11-2025), d&rsquo;abord le gouvernement doit n\u00e9gocier et obtenir l&rsquo;accord de ses partenaires. et actuellement la loi est au parlement.<\/p><p>Logiquement, dans cet article, nous ne voyons pas si c&rsquo;est mieux pour l&rsquo;entreprise, si c&rsquo;est mieux pour le travailleur ou dans les luttes politiques ; nous ne sommes ni de gauche ni de droite, nous sommes en faveur de l&rsquo;entreprise, du travailleur ind\u00e9pendant et de la croissance de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie. Cependant,<strong> la loi n&rsquo;exige pas sp\u00e9cifiquement que le syst\u00e8me soit \u00e9lectronique<\/strong>, bien que de nombreuses entreprises l&rsquo;utilisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 pour des raisons de praticit\u00e9, de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 juridique.<\/p><h3>L&rsquo;enregistrement est obligatoire<\/h3><p>Depuis mai 2019, toutes les entreprises sont tenues d&rsquo;enregistrer la journ\u00e9e de travail de leurs travailleurs, quel que soit le type de contrat ou de journ\u00e9e (\u00e0 l&rsquo;exception des postes de direction).<\/p><h3>L&rsquo;enregistrement \u00e9lectronique n&rsquo;est PAS encore obligatoire<\/h3><p>Actuellement, l&rsquo;utilisation de :<\/p><ul><li>Feuilles en papier<\/li><li>Excel ou autres formats manuels<\/li><li>Applications ou logiciels de contr\u00f4le du temps<\/li><\/ul><p>L&rsquo;important est que l&rsquo;enregistrement soit :<\/p><ul><li>Fiable<\/li><li>V\u00e9rifiable<\/li><li>Inalt\u00e9rable<\/li><li>Conserv\u00e9 pendant 4 ans<\/li><li>Accessible aux travailleurs et \u00e0 l&rsquo;inspection<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t<section chaque entreprise, mais il doit r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 certaines exigences :<\/p><ul><li>Fiabilit\u00e9 et objectivit\u00e9 : ne doit pas permettre de manipulation.<\/li><li>Accessibilit\u00e9 : tant l&#8217;employ\u00e9 que l&rsquo;inspection du travail doivent pouvoir acc\u00e9der facilement aux donn\u00e9es.<\/li><li>Neutralit\u00e9 : elle doit \u00eatre ind\u00e9pendante du syst\u00e8me de paie.<\/li><li>Enregistrement individualis\u00e9 par chaque travailleur.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Types d&rsquo;outils accept\u00e9s :<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Applications mobiles ou logiciels de ressources humaines.<\/li><li>Montres biom\u00e9triques ou cartes de pointage.<\/li><li>Plateformes cloud avec acc\u00e8s pour les collaborateurs externes,<\/strong> qui ne sont pas non plus soumis \u00e0 cette r\u00e9glementation.<\/li><li><strong>T\u00e9l\u00e9travail<\/strong> : m\u00eame si le lieu de travail est \u00e0 distance, l&rsquo;enregistrement horaire reste obligatoire et doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;outils
