Dans le cas o\u00f9 cette situation devient chronique, elle ne pourrait plus \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme insurmontable ou irr\u00e9sistible. Il existe d&rsquo;autres chiffres de cong\u00e9s ou de r\u00e9ductions de temps pour la garde d&rsquo;enfants ou de membres de la famille, mais cette figure l\u00e9gale ne serait pas valable. Il convient d&rsquo;\u00eatre clair, car il peut y avoir une attribution incorrecte qui ne provient pas de la mauvaise foi de quiconque.<\/p><p>Bien s\u00fbr, cette situation, si elle est fractionn\u00e9e par heures, devrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre justifi\u00e9e.
