Ces documents doivent indiquer les mesures \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre pour \u00e9viter les discriminations fond\u00e9es sur le sexe, l&rsquo;orientation sexuelle et garantir l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances par un registre des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ces mesures, par exemple, doivent inclure des protocoles anti-harc\u00e8lement et, sans pr\u00e9judice de ce que d\u00e9cide la justice ordinaire, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de gestion interne.
