n&rsquo;a pas en dehors du milieu familial ou parfois, simplement pour le faire travailler.<\/p><p>De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, lors de l&#8217;embauche d&rsquo;un enfant, celui-ci doit<strong> cotiser \u00e0 la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale en tant que travailleur ind\u00e9pendant<\/strong>, puisqu&rsquo;on consid\u00e8re qu&rsquo;il participe directement aux rendements \u00e9conomiques de son activit\u00e9 et que ceux-ci restent dans la famille.<\/p><p>Or, pour l\u2019int\u00e9grer au r\u00e9gime des ind\u00e9pendants et non \u00e0 celui des salari\u00e9s, il y a certaines conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9ral)<\/h3><h4><br \/>RETA<\/h4><p>Le R\u00e9gime Sp\u00e9cial des Travailleurs Ind\u00e9pendants (RETA) inclut les travailleurs qui exercent habituellement, personnellement et directement une activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique \u00e0 but lucratif.<\/p><p>Toutefois, de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, le R\u00e9gime g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (RGSS) inclut r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/li><li>Employ\u00e9s de maison et chauffeurs de v\u00e9hicules de tourisme au service des particuliers.<\/li><\/ul><h3><br \/>Exclusions du r\u00e9gime g\u00e9n\u00e9ral<\/h3><p>A l&rsquo;inverse, ne sont pas inclus dans le r\u00e9gime g\u00e9n\u00e9ral les travaux exerc\u00e9s occasionnellement pour des raisons d&rsquo;amiti\u00e9, de bienveillance ou de bon voisinage ou ceux qui donnent lieu \u00e0 l&rsquo;inclusion dans l&rsquo;un des r\u00e9gimes sp\u00e9ciaux de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 descendants, ascendants et autres parents par le sang ou par alliance jusqu&rsquo;au deuxi\u00e8me degr\u00e9 inclus \u2013 et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, par adoption \u2013 qui sont employ\u00e9s sur le lieu de travail de votre entreprise ou entreprise doivent \u00eatre inscrits au RETA, comme indiqu\u00e9 ci-dessous. \u00e0 condition qu&rsquo;ils vivent dans votre maison, qu&rsquo;ils soient des membres cotisants de la famille des ind\u00e9pendants, ils doivent donc relever du r\u00e9gime g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p><h4>Exception<\/h4><p>Si vous \u00eates ind\u00e9pendant, vous pouvez embaucher comme salari\u00e9 (mais ils seront exclus de la couverture ch\u00f4mage) vos enfants de moins de 30 ans, m\u00eame s&rsquo;ils vivent avec vous, et vos enfants de plus de 30 ans ayant des difficult\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res \u00e0 trouver du travail.<\/p><p>Ils seront consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme ayant des difficult\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res lorsqu\u2019ils sont inclus dans l\u2019un des groupes suivants\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Les personnes atteintes de paralysie c\u00e9r\u00e9brale, d&rsquo;une maladie mentale ou d&rsquo;une d\u00e9ficience intellectuelle, avec un degr\u00e9 d&rsquo;invalidit\u00e9 reconnu \u00e9gal ou sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 33 %.<\/li><li>Les personnes handicap\u00e9es physiques ou sensorielles, avec un degr\u00e9 de handicap reconnu \u00e9gal ou
