C&rsquo;est pourquoi il vous a demand\u00e9 s&rsquo;il pouvait disposer d&rsquo;une personne sans \u00eatre inscrit \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale pour les moments o\u00f9 il doit s&rsquo;absenter de l&rsquo;entreprise (pour aller \u00e0 la banque, pour manger, pour aller chercher ses enfants \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole&#8230;). Attention<\/p><h4>Un tel comportement n&rsquo;est pas non plus autoris\u00e9 :<\/h4><ul><li>L&rsquo;affiliation \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale est obligatoire pour tout type de travail, quel que soit le temps consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 (une heure par semaine, une heure par jour&#8230;).<\/li><li>Il est vrai que la loi exclut du statut de travailleur salari\u00e9 (ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;aucune cotisation ne peut \u00eatre vers\u00e9e) les personnes qui effectuent un travail en tant qu&rsquo;amis, bienfaiteurs ou bons voisins. En d&rsquo;autres termes, si c&rsquo;est votre cas, vous ne devez pas vous inscrire \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale en tant que travailleur ind\u00e9pendant.<\/li><\/ul><p>Mais ce travail doit \u00eatre exceptionnel (par exemple, si votre client tombe soudainement malade et que vous devez appeler votre partenaire pour qu&rsquo;il ferme l&rsquo;entreprise ce jour-l\u00e0).<\/p><h3>Infraction<\/h3><p>Si l&rsquo;Inspection \u00ab\u00a0surprend\u00a0\u00bb un travailleur sans \u00eatre enregistr\u00e9, m\u00eame s&rsquo;il pr\u00e9tend ne travailler que quelques heures, elle infligera \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise une amende minimale de 3 750 euros.<\/p><p>Si le travailleur est b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire d&rsquo;une allocation &#8211; important !
