Cela peut se produire en cas de succession d&rsquo;entreprise, de changement de concession, d&rsquo;externalisation de services ou de fusions et acquisitions.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Notification des employ\u00e9s : l&#8217;employeur initial doit informer les employ\u00e9s de la situation de subrogation. Il doit notamment les informer du changement d&#8217;employeur et de l&rsquo;incidence de celui-ci sur leurs conditions d&#8217;emploi.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Accord interentreprises : l&rsquo;entreprise entrante et l&rsquo;entreprise sortante doivent se mettre d&rsquo;accord sur les conditions de la subrogation, en veillant \u00e0 ce que les contrats et les droits des salari\u00e9s soient respect\u00e9s.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Transfert d&rsquo;informations : L&rsquo;entreprise sortante doit transf\u00e9rer \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise entrante toutes les informations pertinentes concernant les salari\u00e9s, telles que les contrats, les fiches de paie et les avantages sociaux. Cela permet de s&rsquo;assurer que les travailleurs conservent les m\u00eames conditions de travail.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Formalisation de la transition : l&rsquo;entreprise entrante reprend officiellement les travailleurs.
