convention collective, la premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier pour savoir si elle affecte l&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9 arr\u00eat maladie ou allocation temporaire d&rsquo;invalidit\u00e9 est dans le r\u00e8glement de la convention.<\/p><h3>Voir quelques exemples ici.<\/h3><h4>Indemnit\u00e9 arr\u00eat maladie dans la convention de l&rsquo;h\u00f4tellerie et de la restauration de Tol\u00e8de<\/h4><p>La convention collective provinciale de l&rsquo;h\u00f4tellerie et de la restauration de Tol\u00e8de pr\u00e9voit qu&rsquo;en cas de maladie ordinaire ou professionnelle ou d&rsquo;accident du travail, l&rsquo;entreprise compl\u00e9tera les prestations d&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9 temporaire des travailleurs (\u00e0 l&rsquo;exception de ceux qui ont un contrat de formation) jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 100 % du salaire de base, du compl\u00e9ment d&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9, du prorata des suppl\u00e9ments et d&rsquo;autres concepts de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/p><p>Et si les nouvelles grilles salariales de la convention collective pr\u00e9voient une augmentation de salaire, le travailleur concern\u00e9 aura \u00e9galement droit \u00e0 une augmentation de cette indemnit\u00e9 d&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9 temporaire.<\/p><p>Indemnit\u00e9 arr\u00eat maladie dans la convention collective des entreprises de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/p><p>La convention nationale des entreprises de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pr\u00e9voit que les entreprises compl\u00e8tent les prestations des indemnit\u00e9s arr\u00eat maladie jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 100 % des grilles salariales (salaire minimum fix\u00e9 dans la convention), y compris l&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9 et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, la partie correspondant \u00e0 la prime de risque, sans que les indemnit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires ne soient r\u00e9duites.<\/p><p>Elle stipule \u00e9galement que si l&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9 d&rsquo;IT est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e (parce que le travailleur per\u00e7oit un salaire sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui pr\u00e9vu par la convention collective), elle sera per\u00e7ue sans paiement suppl\u00e9mentaire, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire que le suppl\u00e9ment ne sera pas vers\u00e9.<\/p><p>D&rsquo;autre part, si le salaire de base de la convention collective est augment\u00e9, le suppl\u00e9ment TD sera \u00e9galement augment\u00e9 (sauf si, comme nous l&rsquo;avons
