Les causes peuvent \u00eatre vari\u00e9es : manque d&rsquo;assiduit\u00e9 ou de ponctualit\u00e9, indiscipline, infractions verbales, baisse des performances, etc.<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h3>Le licenciement \u00e9conomique :<\/h3><\/li><\/ul><p>Il se produit pour des raisons \u00e9conomiques, techniques, organisationnelles ou de production. Par exemple, lorsqu&rsquo;une entreprise traverse une situation \u00e9conomique n\u00e9gative qui justifie la r\u00e9duction du personnel.<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h3>Licenciement collectif :<\/h3><\/li><\/ul><p>Il se produit lorsque, dans une p\u00e9riode de 90 jours, le licenciement touche au moins 10 travailleurs dans les entreprises de moins de 100 travailleurs ; 10 % dans les entreprises de 100 \u00e0 300 travailleurs ; ou 30 travailleurs dans les entreprises de plus de 300 Si le travailleur n&rsquo;est pas d&rsquo;accord, il peut contester le licenciement devant un tribunal.<\/li><li>Objectif : Il doit \u00eatre communiqu\u00e9 par \u00e9crit au travailleur, avec indication du motif et octroi d&rsquo;une indemnit\u00e9. En outre, un pr\u00e9avis de 15 jours est accord\u00e9.<\/li><li>Collectif : N\u00e9cessite une p\u00e9riode de consultation entre l&rsquo;entreprise et les repr\u00e9sentants des travailleurs. Les motifs du renvoie doivent \u00eatre communiqu\u00e9s et les documents sp\u00e9cifiques demand\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre fournis. Dans ce cas, le travailleur a le droit d&rsquo;\u00eatre r\u00e9int\u00e9gr\u00e9 et de recevoir le salaire perdu.<\/p><p>Un licenciement est abusif s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas correctement justifi\u00e9 ou si la proc\u00e9dure correcte n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 suivie.
