Pendant cette p\u00e9riode, elle recevait une allocation \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 100 % de la base r\u00e9glementaire de son salaire, \u00e0 condition de remplir certaines conditions de cotisations pr\u00e9alables. \u00c0 partir de 2019, ce cong\u00e9 est assimil\u00e9 au cong\u00e9 de paternit\u00e9, sous le concept de \u00ab\u00a0cong\u00e9 pour la naissance et l&rsquo;accueil d&rsquo;un enfant\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Indemnit\u00e9 de paternit\u00e9 : initialement, le cong\u00e9 de paternit\u00e9 \u00e9tait nettement plus court que le cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9. Toutefois, avec les r\u00e9formes, l&rsquo;Espagne a \u00e9volu\u00e9 vers un cong\u00e9 \u00e9gal. Pendant cette p\u00e9riode, le travailleur est prot\u00e9g\u00e9 contre le licenciement.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Maintien des conditions de travail : \u00e0 la fin du cong\u00e9, le travailleur doit retrouver son emploi dans les m\u00eames conditions qu&rsquo;avant le d\u00e9but du cong\u00e9. En d&rsquo;autres termes, il ne peut y avoir de pr\u00e9judice en termes de salaire, de cat\u00e9gorie professionnelle, de journ\u00e9e de travail ou de tout autre aspect de l&#8217;emploi.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Cotisations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale : bien que le travailleur soit en cong\u00e9, l&rsquo;entreprise est tenue de continuer \u00e0 payer les cotisations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale pour lui.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Droit \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement de la journ\u00e9e de travail : une fois le cong\u00e9 termin\u00e9, et jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;enfant ait 12 ans, le travailleur a le droit de demander l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement et\/ou la r\u00e9duction de la journ\u00e9e de travail, afin de concilier vie professionnelle et vie familiale.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Confidentialit\u00e9 : l&rsquo;entreprise doit respecter la vie priv\u00e9e du travailleur, en \u00e9vitant de divulguer des d\u00e9tails inutiles ou sensibles li\u00e9s \u00e0 sa situation personnelle ou familiale.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Non-discrimination : Il est interdit de discriminer ou de d\u00e9savantager de quelque mani\u00e8re que ce soit un travailleur parce qu&rsquo;il a exerc\u00e9 son droit au cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9 ou de paternit\u00e9.
