What is prohibited is not to declare them if they exceed a certain value.<\/p><p>In the case of bitcoins, they must be <strong>declared in Spain<\/strong> in successive years if the amount abroad exceeds a gain of 20,000 euros over the previous year.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.asesoriaorihuelacosta.com\/en\/crypto-tax-declaration-in-spain-what-you-need-to-know-as-of-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>For the declaration of cryptocurrencies abroad<\/strong><\/a>, form 721 of the Spanish tax office is used.
