Self-employed digital kit: third call for proposals
Patrick2022-11-30T12:31:00+00:00The announcement has been published in the BOE (Official State Gazette) of the launch of the third call for aid from the Digital Kit for the self-employed, which in this case is aimed at the self-employed who have fewer than three workers as of 20 October. The maximum amount of aid that will reach these self-employed workers will be 2,000 euros.
There is a limitation published in the rules, which was already known. Self-employed persons who are considered to be self-employed as corporate self-employed or collaborating self-employed will not be eligible for this aid.
They must also meet the other requirements for applying for the Digital Kit, such as not being considered a company in crisis or being up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations.
What is the Digital Kit?
The Digital Kit for the self-employed is a financial aid programme financed by the European Union through the Next Generation funds, with the aim of achieving the digitalisation of the self-employed and SMEs.
Who can benefit from Kit digital?
The Digital Kit is aimed at SMEs and the self-employed with between 1 and 49 workers that meet the requirements established by the Government.
These companies will be able to receive a bonus of up to a maximum of €12,000 in grants depending on the segment they are in, which they will have to use in the digitisation of their business by choosing the digitising solutions from the Digital Kit that best suit their business needs.
If you have any doubts about whether you can benefit from the Digital Freelance Kit, don’t worry… We’ll call you!

How to apply for aid?
1. Register in the accelerapyme private area and complete the digital self-diagnosis test, which takes no more than 10 minutes.
2. Consult the information available on the digitisation solutions of the Digital Kit programme, where you can choose one or more of those listed in the catalogue that can be consulted at acelerapyme.es.
3. Apply for the aid at the Red.es electronic headquarters (https://sede.red.gob.es).
Once it is verified that the company meets the requirements, the digital voucher is granted. The beneficiary can consult the catalogue of basic digitisation solutions offered by the Digital Kit for the self-employed programme and the catalogue of digitisation agents at acelerapyme.es. They must select one or more digitisation agents with whom to develop the digitisation solutions best suited to the needs of their business and sign the “digitisation solution provision agreements”.
The grants are non-competitive and will be awarded directly and on a first-come, first-served basis, after verification of compliance with the requirements set out in the call for applications.
What digital solutions are available?
The deadline for applications will be 20 October from 11 a.m. and will remain open for one year or until the 500 million euros earmarked for this segment is exhausted.
Once the aid has been granted, the service provider and the self-employed person have a maximum period of 6 months to implement the aid. If the aid is not used within this period, this entitlement will be lost.
