GRANTS TO SMES AND FREELANCERS WHO HIRE WOMEN

In order to promote equality in the workplace between men and women, there are a number of grants to SMEs and freelancers who hire women. Let’s see what exactly they consist of and what requirements both the company and the workers must meet:

If the company has hired a woman with the “first young job” contract, and makes it permanent, she can benefit from € 700 a year. The woman must be under 30 years old, unemployed registered in the Employment Office.
The indefinite contract of workers who come from an ETT with a temporary contract “first young employment”, made by a user company, will have a bonus of € 700 per year if the person hired is a woman.
Companies or freelancers who carry out an indefinite contract for training and apprenticeship of workers who come from an ETT available to a user company, will obtain an aid of € 1,800 per year.
Contracts for training and apprenticeship and training concluded prior to the entry into force of Royal Decree-Law 10/2011, which become undefined as of 1/12012, will obtain a reduction of € 1,800
The company that hires a young person between 16 and 30 years old, unemployed enrolled in the Employment Office, provided he has less than 50 workers, will have a bonus of 1,100 euros the first year, 1,200 the second year and 1,300 the third.
The aid for those companies that make an indefinite contract to a worker from an ETT with an internship contract is € 700 per year.
If the company makes an internship contract indefinite, at the end of the contract, or a replacement or replacement contract for retirement, you will receive a bonus of 700 euros, provided that the company has less than 50 workers.
When an indefinite contract is made that comes from a company of less than 50 workers, the person hired is a woman, is over 45 years old and is unemployed registered in the Employment Office, the aid will amount to € 1,500.
The aid for a woman with general disability is € 5,525 per year, if the disability is severe, it amounts to € 5,950.
The temporary contract for the promotion of employment for women with general disabilities under 45 years of age receives aid of 4,100 euros.
The temporary contract for the promotion of employment for women with general disabilities over 45 years of age receives a grant of 4,700 euros.
The temporary contract for the promotion of employment for women with severe disabilities under 45 years of age receives a grant of 4,700 euros.
The temporary contract for the promotion of employment for women with severe disabilities over 45 years of age receives aid of 5,300 euros.

However, whenever we are going to make a contract with a bonus, it is advisable to consult it with a good labor advisor who studies the law well and correctly informs us of all the requirements, since to perform many of these contracts the company will have to maintain the level of employment reached with the new contract during a certain time, you will not be able to make unfair dismissals, etc. You also have to look with magnifying glass at the requirements that women workers must meet, since if only one of the requirements established by law is not met, in some cases the company will not be able to make more bonus contracts at one time, in others it will have to return bonuses from which you have benefited, and depending on the circumstances and faults that have been made with respect to the law, surcharges and penalties will be imposed.
